Before filling up the online application form, the candidate must ensure that he/she is eligible to apply for such course and keep the scanned copies of photograph, signature, and other necessary certificates in System / Pen Drive ready.
Valid e-mail id and mobile number are mandatory for the submission of the Online Application. This e-mail id and mobile number should be kept active till the declaration of results. The selected applicant list will be published in the GM University web portal and the same notification will be communicated through the registered mobile number and email ID.
The particulars mentioned in the registration form including Degree, Department, Courses, Caste Category, Date of Birth, Address, Email-ID, Mobile No., etc. will be considered as final and the candidate will not be allowed to edit/ delete any of the fields in the registration form.
Applications received without appropriate application fee, photo, signature and required documents & information are liable to be rejected.
Procedure for Filling up the Online Admission Form
Initially, an applicant needs to go through the prospects for the UG course where he/she will find the course details, eligibility, payment details, and last date of the application submission. Applications are advised to complete the online application process before the scheduled date and time.
Before the online application process, an applicant needs to register by clicking on the link "Register here", which consists of basic information like name, mobile number, and email ID. After submitting the information, there will an OTP validation process to verify the applicant's genuineness and generate the password. This e-mail id and mobile number should be kept active till the final admission process.
Once the applicant successfully registered and OTP verified, he/she will be assigned a registration no and he/she will be communicated to the registered mobile no and email ID.
Once the applicant completed the one-time registration process, verified OTP, and generate the password, he/she will be assigned a registration no. Using the same registration no, an applicant can apply to multiple courses but he/she has to pay the application fee for each course.
After sign in the admission form, there will be multiple steps for required information like present address, permanent address, educational qualification, reservation details, document, photo, and signature to upload and the last step is online payment. Without proper payment, the online application will not be submitted or rejected.
The applicant will be allocated with an Application Number on successful application submission and the same will be sent to the valid mobile number and e-mail id of the applicant.
In case, the applicant forgets his/her password then he/she may click on the link “Forgot Password” and generate the same again.
